Entry fee-

5k-$25 pre-registration (until the Thursday before the race) / $30 after and day of event

Kiddie K- FREE for kids 8 and under. Bring your kids to meet the Greene Turtle and run with him!

Brunch tickets for non-participants- $10

Tentative Schedule of Events:

8:00 am Registration opens (pre-registration packet pickup Saturday, October 21 at The Greene Turtle (101 South Boardwalk at Wilmington Ave.)

8:00 am Free Bootcamp class from Body Shop Fitness on the beach at Wilmington Ave. greeneturtle-web

8:30 am Pre-race stretch at Body Shop Fitness with Adam Howard (location is in the lower level of First Street Station on the corner of Wilmington Ave. and First St.)

9:00 am Race starts at The Greene Turtle (Boardwalk and Wilmington Ave.). Includes 5K walk/run/Kiddie and 1 mile walk. Race promotion by Races2Run!

10:00 am-10:30 am Post-race stretch at Ignite Yoga with Missy Radcliffe (location is Wilmington Ave beach)

10:00 am Post-race festivities at the Greene Turtle (includes afterparty and awards ceremony with refreshments and food)

10:00 am – 12:00 pm Free HIV screenings at CAMP Rehoboth (located at 37 Baltimore Ave.)

10:00 am – 1:00pm HeartWish Massage and Bodywork is offering chair massage and mini Reiki sessions for a $1 per minute (10 minute max). Also, book a 60 or 90 minute massage for up to one week after event and receive $15 off service

10:00am – 1:00pm Oasis Healing Center will be hosting an open house. Stop by and enter
to win a free Healing Touch or Reiki energy therapy session. If you book a session during the following month, you will receive $20.00 off your booked session.

11:00 am Free Zumba class at Body Shop Fitness (upper level in First Street Station at First St. and Wilmington Ave.)

11:00 am – 1:00pm Join Dr. Uday Jani and friends give lectures on health wellness topics at the Rehoboth Beach Fire Hall in the second floor meeting room. (located at 219 Rehoboth Ave.)

11:00am – 1:00pm Free blood pressure screenings at Carltons on the Avenue

11:00 am – 1:00 pm Live music from True Blue Jazz at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand
